We’ve all been there – you know a family member or a friend’s birthday is coming up, but you are stuck on what to get them. It can be difficult to know what to buy, especially if you have been busy and not been able to spend much time thinking about it, but don’t worry! Keep reading on for some ideas!

  • For those with an aesthetic room
    • If you go on TikTok, you have probably seen the sunset projectors or the star projector lights. These would make a great gift for people with an aesthetic room! Another great option is a candle in their favorite scent or one that matches the look of their aesthetic.
  • For those who love jewelry
    • You can never go wrong with jewelry. Although jewelry can be difficult to choose for others as it is personal, you can always count on basics. Staple pieces of jewelry such as chains, studs and simple bracelets are always a good choice. Additionally, another idea is a piece of jewelry with the person’s initial or name on it.
  • For the sentimental person
    • A photo frame with a picture of you and your family member or friend is a gift that can be kept for a long time. This is a great option as it can be an affordable gift while still being very personal and meaningful. There are so many different types of frames that you can choose and personalize depending on the person.
  • For the people who enjoy a night in
    • Another affordable idea is to make a self care box. These are a great idea as you can change the items to what the individual likes. You can include items such as their favorite snacks, fuzzy socks, lotions, and scrunchies. Another option is a fluffy blanket, you can never have too many!
  • For the coffee lover
    • If you know someone who loves coffee, a gift of a cute mug or travel cup, flavored coffee syrups or a gift card to their favorite coffee shop will never miss!
  • For the student
    • If you know that the person you are buying for likes stationary items and is a student then you could get an assortment of cute pens, notebooks or desk accessories in their favorite color.
  • For the person who loves cooking
    • If you know someone who loves cooking, you could get them a cookbook that revolves around one of their favorite ingredients or stores. For example, you can find cookbooks about stores such as Trader Joe’s and ingredients such as cauliflower.

Even though buying gifts can be difficult as you want to make sure you get the perfect thing, try not to stress. As cliche as it sounds, it really is the thought that counts as it lets the person know you thought about them. Next time you are buying a gift, try to have fun and not worry!
