Why is your photoblog a picture of delectable carb-filled items? Excellent question, collegiette. These items came straight from the kitchen of my roommates and myself. While there’s nothing particularly wrong with things like bagels, wheat bread, low calorie chips and cookies, we came up with an idea last night: What if all of the hard work we’re putting in at the gym really is being counteracted by what we eat? With this in mind we came to a resolution. A no carbs for two weeks resolution. Will it be easy? No. Will we probably be angry by the end of it all? Definitely. Will we notice a change in our eating habits and how we choose our meals as well as a more positive physical reaction to our workouts? We sure hope so.
