Happy Fall Fest collegiates! You can feel the excitement on campus which means it must be time for homecoming. This edition is all about Fall Fest so Tik Tok, let’s go!
First, don’t miss your chance to vote for Fall Festival King and Queen. The annual King and Queen Showcase will be this Friday, September 27th at 8:00 pm in the playhouse. Go cheer for our awesome seniors on court and watch their performances that are sure to a blast. You can only vote for king and queen at this event so make sure you’re there.
Watch the Parade of Floats, starting at Hofstra USA on Saturday at 1:00 pm! This year the floats will be based on award winning movies, so go watch them come to life and cheer on your favorite student organizations and clubs. The floats never disappoint, so make sure to get a good spot on the parade route.
We’ve all been waiting for it….Vibe Live! The concert begins at 2:30 on Saturday at the intramural fields. Bonjourney, Sugar Ray and of course, Ke$ha will all be hitting the stage. This is sure to be a highlight of the fall semester.
In addition to the concert, there will be a carnival Saturday on the fields. There will be rides, games, and best of all, a fireworks show at the end of the night!
If that wasn’t enough for you, the Out Loud comedy show is at 9:00 pm in the David S. Mack Center. This year, Aziz Ansari will be headlining the show so get ready to laugh.
