The leaves are changing colors on campus, and scarves and hats have become a necessity for the walk to class. The cold keeps reminding me that soon enough the ground is going to be covered with snow. So, IÂ present to you a frosted manicure that your can do yourself!
All you’ll need for this manicure is a base color, a silver nail polish, and a toothpick to create your design.
The colors I used were Night Shimmer and Up In the Sky which have both been discontinued.
