What are your current style inspirations?
I’ve worked at Madewell for the past 3 summers and have always been in awe of their ability to style things with intricacy all the while maintaining clean lines and simplicity. I’ve always been a fan of layering and pattern-blocking (within reason, of course). I also admire anything Blair Eadie, blog author of Atlantic-Pacific, wears. She is so unbelievably chic and innovative in the way pieces together her outfits.
What is your all-time favorite trend?
My all time favorite trend would have to be the classic all-American look: white tee shirt, ripped jeans, brown leather belt, and high tops. It’s so versatile and looks great on any figure. You can also add layers like a flannel, chambray shirt, or statement necklace to dress it up. It might be super casual, but it’s such a clean look.
What is your go-to Super Saturday outfit?
Because super Saturdays are especially fun when it’s warm out, I’ll describe my late spring fave outfit. I have a super short torso, so rompers are always a go-to. I’m always super thankful for them whenever I unwillingly get pulled onto TKE’s slip and slide. I also love rocking my high-top Chucks to balance out the femininity of my floral rompers.
