Oh Holy Peppermint Bark
It is simple, low cost, delicious and festive – so why not!?
All you will need:
12oz Milk Chocolate
12oz White Chocolate
1tbsp of Peppermint Extract
3 Candy Canes (or hard peppermint sweets)
and…
A small/medium sized baking dish
Follow these 5 simple steps and ENJOY:
1. Line your dish with foil and set aside
2. Melt the milk chocolate, stir in half a tbsp. of peppermint extract, and pour evenly into dish, then, set aside for 10 minutes
3. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate, add half and tbsp. of peppermint extract and again, pour evenly over the milk chocolate
4. Crush the candy canes into small pieces and immediately sprinkle them over the top
5. Set aside at room temperature for one hour and then CELEBRATE!
