Hey collegiettes™, have you heard of Turmeric shots?

Benefits of Turmeric:

  1. Turmeric can tame heartburn and an upset stomach.

  2. Ward off heart attacks

  3. Protects the brain

  4. Fights cancer

  5. Relieves arthritis

  6. Controls Diabetes

  7. Reduces Cholesterol

  8. Boosts your immune system

  9. Heals wounds

Ingredients:

4 lemons

1 ½ cup coconut water

2 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:

Juice all 4 lemons into a 16 ounce mason jar or small pitcher. Add coconut water, turmeric, and cayenne. Stir until blended. Pour into a shot glass. Enjoy!
