What are you involved with at Hofstra: I’m mostly involved in WRHU, Radio Hofstra University. I’m the Personnel Director of the station, I’m in the sports department, and in the past, I’ve co-hosted our morning drive program. I’ve also engineered and produced New York Islanders game broadcasts, which was really exciting and rewarding.
 
What’s one interesting fact about you not many people know: When I was younger, I wanted to be a scientist. It was in high school that I realized I was absolutely horrible at anything and everything science-related. 
 
Favorite sports teams: Yankees, Giants, Knicks
 
Pet Peeves: Slow walkers, long lines in the Student Center, and people who don’t know how to drive/park.
 
Ideal Date: Anything in the city, as long as we avoid the tourist-infested areas. You can always find something fun and different to do there.
 
Who is your girl crush: Adriana Lima has my heart. Do you SEE her? 
 
What do you look for in a guy: Honesty, loyalty, and a great sense of humor.
 
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be: Italy. My grandmother grew up in Sicily, so that would be the first stop.

Hofstra

Coming from a small town in Connecticut, Hailey is a recent graduate of Hofstra University. She spent her time in school working as the Campus Correspondent for the Hofstra chapter of Her Campus where she led the chapter to a pink level status every semester she oversaw the chapter. She also served as the Personnel Director for Marconi Award Winning station WRHU-FM. While holding multiple positions at Hofstra, she was a communications intern at Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment, the company that oversees Barclays Center and Nassau Veteran's Memorial Coliseum.
