It’s time to be serious, collegiettes. Who still owns an iphone 4? Because up until two weeks ago I was living your life, and let me tell you I understand it is not an easy one. Do you face random shut downs on your phone? The need to carry around multiple chargers? Horrible pictures because your camera has a constant smudge on it? Well there is a solution and it is called the 6s Plus.

Now, if you have made the switch like I recently did there is a huge emotional connection you will have with that phone, and you will probably have these 10 thoughts.

1.     I can actually see my screen. Wait, that means I can download Netflix and watch it on the go!

2.     Oh My God1 I haven’t charged my phone for 4 hours, oh wait its only at 80%.

3.     I never have to hear “You have a 4 still?! Hahaha that’s so small!”

4.     Wait, wait! Let me take the photo! (…because I can now)

5.     Are more people talking to me now that I have a new phone? But in reality you are just responding more because your phone is charged.

6.     I don’t need a laptop, I can just use my phone!

7.     Maybe I can finally get on campus story because my snapchat finally loads (because that’s the only reason I wasn’t on before, we all know I’m hilarious)

8.     Has everyone else been experiencing downloads this fast? I must have wasted a year of my life just trying to download that app

9.     Thanks again mom, because I could never afford the upgrade!

10. You’ll find yourself saying “You have a 5! Oh my God its so small!” and then hate yourself because a week ago you were them.

Merry Christmas to everyone who upgraded.

I am a current journalism student at the University of Utah. I have spent my years in college studying, traveling, and writing. I am a campus writer for the University of Utah and have my own blog Beautiful Detour. If I am not on campus I am hopefully off in another country meeting new people...or lying in my bed under a million blankets watching that day's netflix binge.
