I am back! I know it has been a while; I am now a full time teacher for 10th graders and my schedule is crazy! I still find time to bake, but need to work on finding time to go to the gym…

I made this recipe on the first day of second semester after a long days work. These are ooey-gooey and absolutely amazing – some of the best cookies I have ever made, hands down. The dough itself is heavenly! If I am ever able to open my dream bakery, these cookies will for sure be on my menu.

Ingredients:

2 sticks softened butter (salted)

1 small package vanilla pudding mix

2 ½ cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup brown sugar

¼ granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 package of butterscotch chips

Small caramel pieces

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Add in pudding mix. Slowly add flour and baking soda. Mix in butterscotch chips and caramel pieces. Place 1-inch dough balls on parchment paper. Bake for 10-13 minutes. Best served warm. Enjoy!
