Way to Fitness #2: Time Management is Key

One of the most common excuses used for the lack of staying fit and eating healthy is that there is no time. Recently, I started using Google Calendar and Google Keep to keep track of my schedule and thoughts. Google Calendar reminds you in advance of whichever activity you have planned for the day, allowing you to keep track of time. If you have to have something tangible, use an agenda, or more specifically, a time planner. Yoselin Gutierrez is a 21 year old, 4th year student majoring in English at UC Irvine.
