Some people love their curves; others haven’t gotten to embrace them yet. Either way, there are a series of problems relatable to curvy girls everywhere.

1. Normal skirts become very short in the back because of the whole booty game.

This is even worse if you’re tall, you can basically kiss appropriately long skirts goodbye.

2.  When you walk into a “one size fits all” store and can feel your body just laughing.

So yeah I can fit one leg into that little skirt. Cool.

3. There might be nothing worse than shopping for jeans.

If it fits in your butt and thighs it’ll be way too big in the waist, if it fits in the waist there’s no way its getting over the ass that won’t quit.

4. When people try to spout some “but real women have curves” B.S. and you aren’t in the mood to shame your skinny friends.

A real woman is whatever she defines herself to be.

5. The pain and suffering when your leggings and jeans wear out in the inner thighs.

6. Trying to find boots that fit your calves.

Accurate depiction of me trying to find cute, inexpensive, wide-calf boots.

7. Trying to rock the cute T-Shirt dress look, but it was never a look meant for you.

Of course you can wear what you want—I, however, look like a box who forgot to put on pants this morning.

8. When you flaunt your curves and wear something formfitting but it becomes a little too sexy for regular business casual.

Are you totally covered? Yes. Will you still get called out for inappropriate attire? Probably.

9. Trying to get through airplane/bus/classroom aisles without hip checking everyone.

10. Jean shorts that basically turn into jean underwear because they ride up so much

All that pulling is such a pain.

11. Skirts and dresses do this too.

Kim knows, she lives the curvy girl life.

12. Knowing that even through these struggles, you wouldn’t trade your body for anything.

Yes, sometimes it’s a pain to find clothing that fits and, yes, my thighs do jiggle when I run, but as long as I’m healthy I’ll continue loving my life, curves and all.
