Pumpkin spice lovers rejoice! Every basic girls’ favorite season, aka fall, has finally arrived and with that comes oversized sweaters, cooler days and best of all, pumpkin spice. This fall, take your pumpkin spice obsession to a whole new level with five, easy recipes. Grab a cozy sweater, and head to the kitchen ASAP because you’ll want to whip these pumpkin spice sweet treats FAST!

1.Pumpkin Spice Cake Balls

This fall, have your cake and eat it to! These adorable cake balls are the PERFECT mini sweet treat for when you’re craving pumpkin spice on the go.

What you’ll need:

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Microwave safe bowl
  • 9-by-13-inch cake pan
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Mini cookie scoop
  • Wax paper
  • Baking sheet
  • 1 18.25-oz box of spice cake mix
  • Vegetable oil
  • Eggs
  • 1 container of ready-made cream cheese frosting
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 32-oz white chocolate melts
  • 1 bottle of orange sprinkles

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to three-hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the spice cake according to the directions on the box. Bake the cake for 26 minutes, remove from the oven and allow the cake to cool completely.
  • When the cake has finally cooled, crumble it with clean hands into a large mixing bowl. Add half the container of cream cheese frosting, plus 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice to the bowl. Use a mixing spoon to combine the frosting, spice, and cake crumbles.
  • Use a small cookie scoop to roll 1 inch balls. Place the cake balls onto a baking sheet covered with wax paper. Use plastic wrap to cover the cake balls, and place them into the freezer for twenty minutes.
  • Place the white chocolate melts into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the candy melts in thirty second intervals, stirring the melts each time until they are completely melted. Remove the cake balls from the freezer, and use a spoon to coat one ball at a time in the bowl of melted chocolate.
  • Place each coated ball on a baking sheet covered with wax paper. Top the balls with orange sprinkles to add some fall flare!

2. Clean Pumpkin Spice Latte

Feel free to celebrate fall everyday with this guilt-free drink. All it takes is 5 minutes to serve up your favorite fall latte.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (e.g. almond, soy or coconut milk)
  • ½ Tbsp. agave
  • 1 Tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup brewed coffee
  • Mug
  • Saucepan

Directions:

  • Prepare ½ a cup of coffee.
  • In a saucepan combine milk of choice with vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, spices, and agave sweetener. Mix well until fully combined and allow the mixture to become hot over medium heat for four minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk until it becomes frothy. Add the coffee into a fall festive mug and top it with the frothy milk mixture. Add a dish of cinnamon, and you’re ready to sip on some pumpkin spice goodness.

3. Pumpkin Spice Dessert Pizza

Your favorite late night treat is getting a TOTAL makeover. Instead of ooey gooey cheese and sauce, opt for a slice that literally screams fall.

What you’ll need:

  • One ready-made pizza crust
  • 1 baking sheet
  • wax paper
  • Large mixing bowl
  • microwave safe bowl
  • mixing spoon
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to three-hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the ready-made pizza crust on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of wax paper.
  • Melt 2 Tbsp. of unsalted butter in a microwave safe bowl. Spread the melted butter on the pizza dough.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract with a mixing spoon. Spread the mixture across the pizza dough. Top the pizza with marshmallows and butterscotch chips. Bake the pizza for sixteen minutes, and get ready for a slice of total pumpkin heaven.

4. Pumpkin Spice Rice Cake

With midterms around the corner, you’ll need a pick-me-up snack to fuel you up at the library. Luckily, you can whip this easy pumpkin snack in just a few minutes.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 caramel rice cakes
  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin spice peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Top each caramel flavored rice cake with 1 Tbsp. of pumpkin spice peanut butter. Top each rice cake with sliced bananas. Dash a pinch of cinnamon on each rice cake and you’re ready to snack away.

5. Pumpkin Spice Dip

Don’t fight back the temptation to double dip! The last sweet treat on the list will definitely curb your pumpkin spice craving.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • electric mixer
  • large mixing bowl
  • serving bowl
  • sliced apples, cinnamon pita chips, and nilla wafers

Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese with all additional ingredients. Use an electric mixer to combine the ingredients until the dip transforms into a smooth consistency. Place the dip into a serving bowl. Get to dipping with some sliced apples, cinnamon pita chips, and nilla wafers.
