It seems that as the weather takes a turn for the worse, puffer jackets are the newest and by far the most popular trend. Girls all around campus are wearing them, from simple but classic The North Face puffers to similar unbranded versions. With many high street retailers selling these in a multitude of colours, it’s hard not to have one!
This week’s Campus Style Spotted is first year English student Abi Green. I’m not sure whether it was her amazing ginger hair (very much like Merida’s from Brave I must add) or her North Face jacket that I spotted first. Abi’s very quirky look is complete with a sheer Asos t-shirt covered in white and black flowers. She paired this top with simple black Topshop jeans and some white Reeboks to contrast the black feel of her outfit.
I highly recommend to anyone that hasn’t yet been sucked in by the puffer trend to embrace it. Have a look at The North Face or Urban Outfitters if you’re prepared to spend some cash or check out New Look online if you want something more unique and also much cheaper!
