How long have you been doing yoga? I took my first yoga class about four years ago, but started getting really into it during the last two years.
How did you get into teaching yoga classes? I love, love, love yoga so much and wanted to initially learn more about the practice. Once getting really immersed in my own personal practice and realizing how much more yoga is than the actual physical practice I knew I needed to share that with as many people I could.
How often do you do it? I definitely practice more at home because of my obsession with my studio at home. But I try to keep up with it at school when I’m busy, so at least three times a week.
Fav pre-yoga/post-yoga snacks? Smoothies, smoothie bowls, and probably Pirate’s Booty
When are you teaching classes? The rest of fall semester, my classes are Fridays from 9:30am-10:30am. Next semester I will be doing Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00pm-3:00! Try and come out!
