What Strom Workout You Should Do, Based On Your Zodiac Sign

Your personality has a lot to say about how you approach working out, and finding the perfect class at Strom makes all of the difference. Based on your Zodiac sign, the right workout for you could be right around the corner… or further down this page. 

Aries: March 21- April 20

Being the first sign that the sun hits, Aries are experts at being leaders. Their adventurous and dynamic nature will be a key factor when it comes to cycling. Aries are able to take complete control of their workout, meanwhile monitoring their progress and inviting a competitive atmosphere to the class maters around them.

Kendall Smith, a Group X instructor says, “The combination of the high energy and music is what draws me into more rigorous classes like spin. You can always challenge yourself and switch up the pace to get the workout that you want.”

Taurus: April 21-May 21

Taurus’ persistent and determined nature is ideal for the Xtreme Fit class. Known to exercise patience more than any other sign, Xtreme Fit offers a variety of ground work that will give the Taurus the stable, well-rounded exercise that they need. 

Gemini: May 22-June 21

Find yourself inside of your head a lot? That’s because Geminis are very intellectual and alert thinkers, however this can cause a disconnect between you and the world. The wandering mind of a Gemini can cause lots of unneeded stress. Pilates will teach you how to focus on your breath and living in the moment, while strengthening your muscles.

Cancer: June 22- July 22

Being an intuitive and imaginative sign, it can be hard connecting your body with your mind, yoga’s continuous flow of energy allows the Cancer to release daily frustrations and get into touch with your full body.

Leo: July 23-Aug 21 

Leos are the life of the party, their warm and creative spirits are easily brought out by an audience. Zumba allows Leos to dance with their own style, and feed off of the energy in the room. Every work out will seem like a performance that encourages you to sing along while you sweat. What could be better than that?

Virgo: August 22- September 23

A Virgo is known to be the most efficient of the sun signs. A HIIT FIT class will strengthen your core and get you into touch with your natural gut instincts. Plus, it’s challenging enough to keep you on your toes.

Libra: September 24- October 23

Libras are the most peaceful sign, known to avoid fights and making messes. In a Group X Barre class you’ll find the same balance that you appreciate in your life. Barre focuses on isolating and strengthening each individual muscle with low impact movements, keeping the body calm while still getting in a GREAT workout.

Scorpio: October 24- November 22

Scorpios are the most intense of all of the signs. They are so determined and passionate that they can be also forceful at times, so a TRX class will give you the resistance, excitement, and power that you crave.

Sagittarius: November 23- December 22

Known to be the best athletes (go ahead and pat yourself on the back! we’ll wait…) the BODYPUMP class will give the Sagittarius a full body work out, and a much needed challenge for your incredible stamina.

Capricorn: December 23- January 20

Capricorn are the most disciplined and strategized of the signs. You have the patience to commit to things for the long-haul, TRX or Cycle/TRX are workouts that will tune in with your relentless determination. 

Aquarius: January 21- February 19

You like you like be surrounded by a group, but you are definitely never mistaken to be a follower. Virtually ANY Group X class is great for an Aquarius, giving you the social energy that you love, but meanwhile allowing you to be independent.

Try Zumba, BODYCOMBAT, or HIIT FIT. They are the most socially-dynamic classes, and will give you the most connection between you and your classmates.

Pisces: February 20- March 20

Being a water sign, you have an empathetic and compassionate nature. Getting your feet wet in a Hydro-Fit class, will offer a sense of belonging that you don’t feel when you work out on land. Water workouts stimulate your lymphatic system helps your body build up against diseases, meanwhile detoxing you from the rough week in class.
