Going Greek at Stav Hall

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at St Olaf chapter.

Hello. Gabrielle here. I will update my “On Truth” article at a later date. For now, I present to you a gift from the gods: Greek yogurt.

Healthline informs, “This dairy product, which is different from regular, sweeter yogurt, has quadrupled in production from 2008 to 2013. Greek yogurt makers add an extra step to their process so that excess water, lactose, and minerals drain out. What’s left is a creamy, rich yogurt with less sugar, more carbs, and a tart taste. The acidity also makes it easier for your body to absorb other nutrients.”

Stav Hall at St. Olaf College offers fabulous Greek yogurt. Here are some of my favorite yogurt combinations…

1) Cinnamon Cereal: This yogurt combination features crunchy cereal squares and sprinkled cinnamon and sugar. Give this tasty treat a try!

2) PB&J Delicious: Add organic strawberry jelly, peanut butter, and oats to your smooth, creamy Greek yogurt. Voilà.

3) Natural Sweetness: Drizzle golden honey over raisins and oats. You won’t be disappointed (unless you hate raisins).

Enjoy your yogurt.

Keep on keepin’ on.
