There are two kinds of people: those who brave the Black Friday mobs, and those who don’t. I fall into the first category, and I’ve already been on the hunt for the best deals this year. While not all Black Friday ads have been released yet, there are a few floating around. Black Friday shopping is serious business. If you don’t have a well-drawn out game plan, you may actually lose your mind. So, to help you get a head start on all of your Black Friday stops, here is a little preview of Black Friday ads for 2017!

Target is offering several tech deals this year, and there are definitely some you should know about ahead of time! Target has the first Black Friday deal for the new iPhone 8: purchasing a phone with activation will land you a $250 Target gift card. They’ve also got a pretty good deal that will save you $50 on the GoPro HERO5 in Black and get you a $50 gift card. And while I’m an Apple snob myeslf, not everyone is, so I guess I have to mention the Samsung deal, don’t I? With the purchase of a Galaxy Note 8, Target will throw in a $300 gift card. (*Target shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday will have even more savings if you use/sign up for a RED Card! Do this before you miss out on extra deals!) Here’s a list of more Target tech deals you don’t want to miss either!
Amazon Black Friday is a dream world. You know why? Because you don’t have to leave the house. It’s like Cyber Monday, but it’s still Friday. An actual dream, you guys. One deal has already been confirmed on Amazon: save $30 on an Amazon Echo Plus (sale price: $119.99). Not all Black Friday deals for Amazon have been released as of now, but keep up to date with them by visiting their countdown to Black Friday page! Also, make sure you sign up for a Prime account if you don’t have one yet! (Students, our membership is at a discounted price!) Prime memberships come with a 30-day trial, so if you don’t want to commit that’s fine too! Just make sure to get all the free shipping you can handle.
Best Buy is known for offering extra free things with purchases made on Black Friday. Buying a camera? Here’s a free memory card! Buying an Xbox? Here’s a gift card! While the ads haven’t been officially released yet, Best Buy is always one of the busiest stores on Black Friday, offering some of the most competitive deals on all things tech. Forbes contributing writer Gordon Kelly expects Best Buy’s ads to be released at 12 AM EST on November 9, so make sure to check on their website then for all their best deals!
Other stores have put out preview ads as well, including Walmart, Kohls, and Bass Pro Shop. But we’ve still got a few weeks for more stores to drop some amazing deals on us, so make sure you’re up to date! There’s nothing worse than going into Black Friday not knowing your game plan. Trust me, I’m speaking from experience. I still have nightmares.
