We have all been so bored that we just decide to eat. This adds unnecessary calories to our day, and let’s be honest, they usually aren’t good calories either. Next time you find yourself going for a snack just because, give these ideas a whirl first! Of course, if you really are hungry just go eat!
1. Clean – Clean and or organize anything such as your closet, bathroom, kitchen…etc.
2. Phone a friend – See what other people are up to. You might end up in a good conversation or even an activity out.
3. Paint your nails or go get them done – Honestly, I live by this.
4. Pick up a book – A good book can make you forget the boredom munchies every time.
5. Do your homework – Let’s get real, there is something you could be working on all the time.
