Some people can go to the gym frequently as well as doing frequent at home exercises, while others cannot do either because of a real busy schedule. So, here is a quick and easy workout routine that is made for folks who don’t have the luxury to do the whole workout process:

10 second wall sit

20 leg lifts

15 crunches

10 squats

25 second plank

10 squats
