1. Connect with yourself

Sometimes when you’re feeling down, all you need is to reconnect with yourself. Maybe that means reading a book you like, taking a walk around the river or even doing some yoga! Do something that makes you happy and feel at peace! When we reconnect with ourselves, we can understand what’s wrong and try to fix it.

2. Exercise

Exercising is a great way to sweat off those bad vibes. Go for a run, ride a bike or play a sport you like. Exercising makes your body release endorphins that trigger positive feelings!

3. Talk with a friend

Sharing your feelings with a friend can always help out. They can help you find solutions for the problems you are having. You can get some good laughs and have some good times with them. Maybe they have been where you are right now. Friends are here to help you out through hard times.

4. Focus on your goals

Remind yourself where you once were and where you are right now. Sometimes focusing your attention on your goals, regardless if they are academic, professional or emotional helps you relieve stress.

5. Go to Puppies Tampa

Who doesn’t love puppies??? They are so cute, and they make you happy! Here in Tampa, there is this place called Puppies Puppies Puppies where you can go and pet some dogs and get some love! Maybe this can cheer up your mood!
