Old Navy has recently revamped it’s activewear line, and I have to say, it’s pretty great. Like everything other company, Old Navy has some not-so-great products, but overall, the brand’s activewear is a great option for a girl on a budget. I love expensive workout clothes (or athleisure, which I love too), just as much as the next girl, but I can’t exactly afford as many pieces as I’d like. I can be a little picky when it comes to clothes, and activewear is no exception. I have found Old Navy activewear to be pretty great, so here’s a list of my favorite items that are under $40 (but never pay full price, Old Navy always has a sale).

High-Waisted Elevate Powersoft Leggings

*I have a pair in black jack and misty dawn*

These leggings are so smooth, so durable, and so comfortable. They’re 7/8 length, so they hit a little above your ankle, and have two side pockets. I don’t really use the pockets, personally because I think they stick out too much, but every now and then It’s nice to have a spot for my phone or debit card. These don’t pill and the waistband doesn’t roll or fall down when you’re working out. These are $39.99 full price.

High-Waisted Balance Yoga Leggings

These leggings are great for the not-so-workout workouts. I wear these on walks, or if I’m focusing on strength and weight training. I also wear these bottoms to relax in. They are a step up from regular leggings, and they’re a bit more durable. These are $24.99 full price.

V-Back Side-Vent Tank

*I own one in cloud cover*

This is a great workout tank. The material is soft and the fact that I can make it as fitted/loose as I want is great. There are two openings, one on either side, that can be tied to make the top more fitted and even a little cropped. I really like this because I can adjust it to fit me. This shirt is $19.99 full price.

Lightweight Racerback Performance Tank

Old Navy calls this tank a “best seller” on it’s website, and I’m not surprised. I have this tank top in a few colors, and I love them all. The material is thin, so it can be a little see through, but it breathes well. This top is great for wearing at the gym or any space that can get a little hot and stuffy. I would recommend sizing down if you want a more fitted look, I do think this top runs a little big. This tank is $12.99 full price.

Powersoft Adjustable-Strap Sports Bra

Can you tell I love the powersoft material? This bra is described as medium-support, but I think it offers a pretty decent amount of support. I have a hard time finding sports bras that work for me, and I love the design and fit of this one. This sports bra even looks high quality, like without the logo, you may even think it’s from Lululemon. This bra is $29.99 full-price.
