1) Almond Milk

Almond milk is considerably the closest to dairy milk in terms of texture. It is made from ground almonds, water, and sometimes sweetener. Almond milk contains plenty vitamin E but 1/3 the calories of cow milk

2) Soy milk

Considerably one of the most popular alternatives to dairy milk, it is made from soybean extracts, Nutritionally, soy milk is equivalent to dairy milk containing calcium, vitamins A and D, and protein. However, soy milk may cause allergic reactions to those with soy allergy

3) Hemp milk

Hemp milk is made from hulled hemp seeds and water, making it a good alternative for people who are allergic to soy, nuts and gluten. Nutritionally, it provides more iron than dairy milk and is also high in omega-3 fatty acids, which is known to promote heart health

4) Flax milk

Texture-wise, flax milk is thin and sweet. It is high in fiber and alpha linoleum acid, which is known to prevent heart diseases. 

5) Rice milk

Rice milk is free of soy, glutei, and nuts, making it one of the most hypoallergenic dairy milk alternatives. Its texture is thin and watery, but it is low in protein and calcium compared to other alternatives.
