A new week is the perfect opportunity for a fresh start, and what better way to prepare than with a Sunday reset? From getting your chores done to taking time for yourself, these six simple steps will help you feel organized, refreshed, and ready to take on the week ahead.

1. Wake Up & Start the Laundry

The first step of your Sunday reset is to get your laundry started. Throw your sheets, dirty clothes, and towels into the washer first thing in the morning. Getting this task out of the way early gives you a head start on your day and allows you to be productive while your laundry runs.

2. Clean Your Room

While your laundry is washing, take some time to tidy up your room. Put away any clutter, organize your belongings, and change your sheets once they’re clean. Having a neat space can help you feel less overwhelmed and create a more relaxing environment to come home to throughout the week.

3. Get Your Homework Done

Now that your space is clean, it’s time to focus on your schoolwork. Use this time to finish any outstanding assignments and get ahead on tasks for the upcoming week. Getting your work done early means less stress later on and helps you avoid those last-minute assignments and all-nighters. Your future self will thank you!

4. Get Moving

After spending time on chores and homework, take a break to get your body moving. Working out doesn’t have to mean lifting heavy weights or spending hours at the gym. Even a quick 20-minute workout in your room can boost your mood and help you feel more energized. If you prefer something less intense, try yoga to relax your mind or Pilates to build strength and improve flexibility.

5. Take an Everything Shower

After your workout, treat yourself to an everything shower. This is the perfect time to slow down and focus on your personal care routine. Use a hair mask, exfoliate with a body scrub, and shave. Once you’re out of the shower, apply your favorite lotion or body oil to keep your skin feeling soft and moisturized. With freshly washed sheets waiting for you, you’ll be ready to relax and unwind.

6. Do Your Skincare & Watch a Movie

End your Sunday reset with a little relaxation. Complete your nighttime skincare routine, put on a face mask, and settle in with your favorite movie. With Halloween just around the corner, a festive Halloween movie is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit. If spooky movies aren’t your thing, Sunday night football is another great option!

By following these six steps, you can turn your Sundays into a time to recharge, get organized, and prepare for the week ahead. A Sunday reset doesn’t have to be perfect or take up your entire day. It’s simply about making time for yourself and starting the new week feeling your best.
