Are you looking for a resolution for the rest of this year? Well, I have got you covered. Here are some ideas for New Year’s Resolutions. I think it can be fun and feel rewarding at the same time.
1. Set a time limit on your phone
Are you struggling with getting things done and want to put your phone down more often? Well, I think setting a time limit on your phone can help you out a lot. To set a time limit on your phone, you can go to your phone’s settings and go to the “Screen Time” category. Once you get to screen time, you can go to App limits and then schedule how many minutes you want to be on certain apps. This goal can help you feel better about yourself because the more you set your phone down, the more stuff you can get complete.
2. Set aside time out in your day for self-care
If you are struggling with anxiety or just feeling overwhelmed, then I recommend that you try out some self-care activities. These activities can range from reading a book, listening to relaxing music, or starting a skin care routine. All these activities will help you feel more relaxed and help you whenever you feel stressed. You don’t need to set out a huge time in your day-to-day to practice self-care; 10 minutes max is good.
3. Try to learn a new hobby
If you are at a point in your day where you don’t know what to do, then I would recommend looking for a new hobby. Some examples of fun hobbies are reading a book, doing diamond art, or even journaling. Starting a new hobby in this new year can help you in so many ways it can give you something to do that is fun and can be relaxing. There are so many different hobbies to choose from that are fun. Have fun exploring!
I hope that this list was helpful to you if you are looking for a resolution to try out this year. All these ideas can help you out if you’re a college student and trying to push through this semester. I hope these ideas give you something to focus on that doesn’t stress you out too much. Have fun and have a Happy New Year!
