These Theories About Harry Styles’s Next Era Have His Fans Short-Circuiting

Attention all Harry Styles fans: something big is on the way. Styles, who hasn’t released an album since his May 2022 album Harry’s House, appears to be teasing his return to music — and possibly the stage. Fans have been theorizing Styles’s comeback after the release of the Dec. 27 video on his YouTube channel titled “Forever, Forever.” The music features clips from past concerts in Reggio Emilia, Italy, before panning out to the audience with white text that reads, “We Belong Together.” Many fans interpreted the video as a final closing of the Love on Tour chapter before embarking on his next music era.

After the release of the video, fans have spotted “We Belong Together” posters in cities such as New York, London, Rome, and SĂŁo Paulo, setting the stage for a global announcement. Some posters even say, “See you very soon,” sending fans into full investigative mode. If one thing’s for certain, it’s that Styles will soon be making his long-awaited return. Fans have shared their excitement about Styles’s imminent project and photos of the posters on Twitter, taking the hype to another level.

Fans — aka the best detectives there are — even discovered the website webelongtogether.co, which was published on Jan. 12. On the site, there’s a pan of the crowd from the video. If you click on the image, you’ll be referred to adding HSHQ as a contact in your phone (presumably to be updated about what music news Styles announces next). After the release of the video, many fans have been theorizing Styles’s long-awaited return to music, potentially a project titled We Belong Together.

Luckily, there’s been more news that seems to confirm that his return to music is coming. Other fans have spotted that on harrystylesup.fr, there’s a countdown for “Forever, Forever” that’s “Coming Soon,” counting down to Jan. 18. On his UK site, there’s a black arrow that leads to entering your email address. Signs are pointing to being notified about a new release, so yeah, Harry Styles is *so* back.

Styles had an unforgettable residency at Madison Square Garden in August and September 2022 during his Love on Tour series. He was on the stage for 15 sold-out nights, earning a banner in the venue next to other legendary musician sellouts, like Billy Joel and Elton John. If new music wasn’t enough, it’s been reported that Styles will be returning to the MSG stage in 2026 for yet another residency after a three-year hiatus.

Only time will tell what project, tour, or music release is up Styles’s sleeve, but whatever it is, I know I’ll be seated.
