1. Professional Stationery:

In my mind, writing thank you notes and networking messages on understated yet personalized stationery is a hallmark of maturation in college. There are so many business-suitable options on Etsy, and Crane certainly sets the standard for this genre of stationery.

2. Canvas Tote:

Perfect for elevating grocery store shopping and gym runs, and ensuring that your bag is easily identifiable and attributable to you. The LL Bean Boat and Tote is an absolute classic and the ideal choice in my mind for a monogrammed canvas bag on College Hill.

3. Cashmere Sweater:

Adds an element of sophistication and thoughtfulness to a simple, timeless clothing piece. For more of a splurge, look no further than Tuckernuck and La Ligne

4. Pajama Dress:

I personally love wearing “boyfriend shirts” to sleep. I find them breathable, comfortable, and they make me feel like I’m dressing up a bit for bed. My favorites are from Petite Plume (which are on sale right now!) and they make the best birthday or holiday present for a college girl.

5. Coasters:

Whether living in a dorm or an off-campus abode, using coasters is not only a way to preserve your furniture but also a way to retain some simple luxuries of housekeeping in your college environment. Here are two great options from Mark & Graham – a customizable haven: one & two. And, despite the title of this article, Ralph Lauren has some very cute and preppy (however not monogramable) coaster sets that would make a lovely hostess gift for a friendsgiving or holiday party.

6. Mariposa Frame:

I consider this to be somewhat of an heirloom. It serves as a beautiful piece of room decor in college and captures either a particular moment, place, or person, depending on its engraved message. There are so many special styles which cater to different price points and aesthetics, along with photo orientation, on Mariposa, but it is absolutely an elevated option to many other photo frames.

7. Luggage Tag:

Whether it be a weekend getaway, visiting a high school friend, or travel to and from campus, having a monogrammed luggage tag is equal parts particular and lovely. Some of my favorites are from Mark & Graham and Aspinal of London.
