- Digestive Issues
Your stomach is just like a brain… you need to feed it, exercise it, and take care of it. If you’re suffering from digestive issues… odds are you’re eating the wrong thing, eating too much, or you’re eating too little… Be sure to see a doctor or nutritionist to make sure you correct these issues. When your gut feels gross… everything else does too.
- Laziness
You’re either not sleeping or sleeping too much. Get back on track. Give yourself a schedule. Be productive. Eating healthier and exercising will help with this also.
- Always Sick
Being sick often is usually is a product of #1 and #2 combined. Having a bad diet and not getting enough sleep damages your immune system, knocking you down… and it’s time to get back up!!
- Constantly Trying To Make Excuses
When you’re not feeling well physically, you often feel unwell mentally and emotionally as well… these things lead to you making excuses (at work, school, with friends, to yourself.) “I’ll do it tomorrow,” doesn’t work. Do it today.
- You Can’t Sleep At Night & Can’t Wake Up In The Morning
Turn off your phone and tv, your brain is too stimulated! Stick to a schedule. Wake up the FIRST time your alarm goes off. It’ll get better/easier with consistant practice. Plus, you’ll have a more productive day.
- Frequent Headaches
When everything else is out of wack, your head can take the beating. Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate!!!
- Irritability
Mental health is just as important as physical health. Your well-being should be your #1 priority. Don’t take your personal frustrations with yourself out on other people. A healthy you is a happy you.
8. Overly Emotional
Take back control. Practice mindfulness and talk out your feelings. Don’t keep it all inside. Reach out if you need support.
9. Self-Loathing
Don’t just feel bad about yourself – DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
