Midterm Season. 

We know it’s coming, but every year it seems to catch us off guard. 

This year HerCampus Stonehill has put together a few ways to help you destress!!

1. Take a nap

2. Watch an episode of the office

3. Eat an apple

4. Go for a run

5. Make your roomate give you a neck massage

6. Light a candle (jk don’t thats a fire hazzard…but maybe one of those plug in air freshners)

7. Clean your room

8. Spend time with friends

9. Make a list of what you have done and what you still have to do
