If you’ve broken up with your boyfriend for uni and you’re feeling a little low then this is for you. Buck up – Notts is full of guys!
1) Dress to impress
2) Be a good person by volunteering, running a marathon or just helping out at an open day!
3) Go on a trip
4) Take a beautiful new profile pic – outside of your bathroom!
5) Keep posting pics of your life (which is still great, even without him!)
6) Put away or throw out the stuff he gave you
7) Make an upbeat playlist
8) Hit the gym/exercise – walk or cycle to uni for an extra pick me up!
9) Talk to someone about it
10) Remind yourself you’re better off without him. But don’t overthink it.
11) Cut down on contact (distance!)
12) Treat yourself to something nice
13) Go on an amazing night out
14) Go on a date with someone else (after some time)
15) Unfollow him on Facebook
16) Understand that’s OK to be sad
17) Laughter is the best medicine
18) Spend time with friends
19) Read this

21) Get a haircut
22) Go shopping
23) Change your look
24) Make a journal full of photos and memories without him
25) Try nail art!
26) Don’t watch Rom Coms – please!
27) Throw yourself into your job or uni work
28) Try to talk about him less and less as time goes on
29) Don’t torture yourself over your mistakes – it’s gone now so don’t beat yourself up
30) Try not to think about it and over time it’ll get easier
