It’s 1:30 P.M. and you are either getting out of a grueling hour and 45 minute class or in a mid-day slump at co-op and you are starving. However, you don’t want to brave the crowd in Rebecca’s and don’t want to settle for unhealthy takeout. You wish you had packed a lunch in advance, but your best attempts at “salad” is shaking Ranch dressing into a bag of mixed greens and still feeling hungry. Here are some ideas that won’t leaving you still wanting a slice of pizza.
