Now that the weather is cooling down and the rain just won’t stop pouring, you may feel inclined to cozy up on the couch with a warm cup of tea and some cookies…Nutella cookies. Now if you’re a big Nutella fan like I am, these are right up your ally! These cookies are perfect with a cold glass of milk or a warm Orange Pekoe tea.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, line a few baking trays with parchment paper and set aside
  2. In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter with both kinds of sugar. Then add the egg, vanilla and Nutella and mix well.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredient bowl until the dough is mixed well.
  5. Once the batter is mixed, scoop out the cookie dough with a small ice-cream scoop and place them on the baking sheets a few inches apart.
  6. Let them bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Take them out and let them cool for about 5-10 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!!!
