This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Bucknell chapter.

Dear Abby,
Any advice on spring fashion? I’m bored with my wardrobe.

So Over Last Year’s Closet

Dear So-Over-Last-Year’s-Closet,
Yes! Color, color, color. Bloom spring back into your wardrobe with a mix pastels, bright colors, and prints. People our age always shy away from color and love neutrals (black, white, grey, nude), but I say…you’re too young for that! There’s a time and a place for an LBD, but you’re young and should choose color as often as possible. After all, how good do you think the moms at your pool look in that lime green top? Eh, not a great look. But those colors work well on any skin tone and you can layer them very nicely Underwater themes are also very in this season, so keep your eyes peeled for that when you’re shopping. Classic sportswear is also making a comeback, which is good news because they are timeless pieces that you can find at different price points. I also suggest investing in at least one sundress, because they are very easy to wear (only one thing to put on) and last forever. For more in-depth advice, keep your eye on the Her Campus site!
Good Luck!
From,
Abby
