The 17 Best Things About Having a Roommate

1. When you have a roommate, you know you’ll always have someone there to greet you when you come home from a long day.

2. And you’ll always have someone there to wish you goodnight.

3. Having a roommate is like having a second wardrobe (as long as they wear your size).

4. You have someone to pregame with before going out…

5. …and, if you feel like staying in, you have someone to watch a movie with you.

6. When you’ve had a few too many, your roommate will always have your back.

7. You can always rely on a roommate to give you a pep talk,

8. to proofread your papers,

9. take care of you when you’re sick,

10. and to be honest with you if your outfit isn’t working.

11. A roommate will help you share those cleaning duties you don’t feel like doing…

12. …and will help restock those bathroom and kitchen supplies you don’t feel like buying.

13. If your roommate is into fitness, she may even inspire you to work out now and then.

14. You will always have someone you can borrow snacks from (as long as you ask nicely)…

15. …and maybe she’ll even cook dinner for you sometimes.

16. When you want to get food delivered, you’ll always have someone there to help you eat it all.

17. Best of all, you’ll always have someone to let you in when you lock yourself out of the room.
