Sunday Reset Routine: 5 Things You Should Do to Prepare For the Week Ahead

Confirmed: A Sunday Reset is exactly what you need before kicking off a new week. Here are five ways you can live your best life on Sunday in order to feel ready for Monday morning.

Start with a workout

Whether it’s walking to the dining hall or doing a full body workout in your dorm room, even a few minutes of exercise can leave you feeling energized and refreshed for the week ahead.

Have a healthy breakfast

Avocado toast and eggs, anyone? Regardless of your weekend being filled with delicious cheese pizza, Sunday is the ideal time to reset and give your body the nutrients it needs.

Enjoy some quality you time

You are very busy. With class, friends, and assignments, it’s easy to forget that you need time for yourself. As far as I’m concerned, Sunday is meant for putting on a face mask, or taking the time to shave your legs in the shower. My favorite razor is joy (the pink one, obvi), which makes shaving so simple that I can get back to my other important Sunday reset activities, like napping. Bonus: Getting under the covers with your smooth legs after using glee Cucumber Aloe Shave Gel feels incredible.

Add doing nothing to your schedule

That’s right, pencil in time for doing nothing. After being in a hurry all week, you deserve to watch mindless hours of Netflix, or simply lay on your bed while looking up at the ceiling. Whatever makes you happy!

Prepare for the week ahead

Now that you’ve officially hit refresh, start to prepare for the week ahead. Take this moment to tackle that pile of laundry on the floor, or organize your assignments for the upcoming week. You’ll thank yourself later.
