You Can Stream These Steamy Films On Netflix During All Of March

Valentine’s Day may be over, but who says you can’t keep watching steamy movies all year round? Whether you are looking for something to bring that romantic, warm, and fuzzy feeling, or something dark, sensual, and sexy, these films are sure to get you in the mood… and they’re all available to stream on Netflix! Even with spring approaching, the occasional gray sky (AKA, the wintertime hangover) is making it a perfect time to cuddle up for some Netflix and chill. Perhaps, you can turn on one of these films to watch with your partner — maybe they can give ‘em some ideas as to how to please you. Or maybe you just want a little something to get you in that *steamy* mood. And, if that’s the case, power to you!

Grab your favorite movie snack (and save your vibe for later) and cozy up for a self-care night with the perfect steamy flick.

365 Days

By now, you’ve probably heard of the infamous “boat scene.” 365 Days is the perfect steamy mafia troupe on the big screen — it’s a smutty mafia book IRL. While on a trip to Sicily, Laura is kidnapped by a mafia boss named Massimo who gives her a year to fall in love with him. The two fall for each other as they continue to have steamy (and kinky) sex. Think of it as an Italian 50 Shades of Grey

Top Gun

Top Gun is an undeniable classic, but who doesn’t love a man in uniform? What makes for a better movie than a bunch of naval pilots (who are all attractive, IMHO) playing beach volleyball shirtless? I’m obsessed.

The movie follows hotshot Navy pilot, Maverick, as he attends Top Gun fighter pilot school, where he falls for his instructor. The two begin a dramatic and secret relationship as Maverick navigates life in the Navy and personal tragedy.

Brokeback Mountain

Okay, first, the cast of this movie is amazing. Second, steamy cowboys? Sign me up. Brokeback Mountain centers around two cowboys in the late 1960s — Ennis, played by Heath Ledger, and Jack, played by Jake Gyllenhall (sorry Swifties). They fall in love, but have to face an era of intense homophobia, and must keep their relationship secret. Honestly? You’ll need tissues for this one.

The Best of Me

Nicholas Sparks always writes stories with a spark and the adaptation of his book “The Best of Me” is no exception. The story follows two former high school sweethearts as they reconnect in their hometown 20 years later. Sparks fly all over and they realize that their connection is still there. Plus, James Marsden is in it. Heart eye emoji.

Malcom & Marie

This film, which only features Zendaya and John Washington David, is the story of a filmmaker and the night that decides the future of his relationship with his girlfriend. The movie was secretly filmed during summer 2020 and is completely in black and white, how dramatic. TBH, I’d watch anything with Zendaya.

Call Me By Your Name

Set in 1983 in Lombardy, Italy, 17-year-old Elio, played by Timothee Chalomet, is smitten with his father’s intern, Oliver, played by Armie Hammer. The pair spend the summer together and fall for each other. It’s sensual, heartbreaking, and sure to have you feeling all kinds of emotions.

The Babysitter

A little bit of a thriller, The Babysitter is about a 12-year-old, Cole, who has a crush on his babysitter. But his innocence goes out the window when he discovers she is part of a satanic cult and is only watching him for his innocent blood. Everyone member of this cult is stunningly perfect including Bella Thorne, who plays a bubblegum-popping cheerleader. It’s hot and camp.

Lady Chatterley’s Lover

Something about a period piece feels so romantic. After her husband suffers a war injury that leaves him unable to move from the waist down, Lady Chatterley, played by Emma Corrin, begins an affair with her estate’s gamekeeper. You’re in for a film of steamy, sexual scenes, and a few good romps. Is it hot in here?

Love and Leashes

This Korean foreign film shows the journey of two co-workers who decide to get together outside of work — oh, and they’re both, like, kinky. The pair make a contractual agreement to enjoy pleasure and pain together through BDSM play. Everyone loves being spanked, you know? Just me?

Lust Stories

Lust Stories follows four women through their marriages and sexual encounters. This foreign film was directed by a group of four women and showcases the different stories through 30-minute vignettes, meaning you can watch it all at once, or later.
