Although the holiday season is officially over, there are still quite a few more months of winter that we have left to endure. Honestly, we’re just wondering if it can just be spring already because we’re cold AF. However, despite the chilly temps, the easiest way to add some color into the otherwise dreary rest of the season is to add some on-trend pattern to your wardrobe. 

ICYMI, plaid and check patterns are making a major comeback (thanks, Cher Horowitz). Whether it’s a sophisticated blazer or an accent mini skirt, there are so many ways to rock this trend during the winter months. If you’re totally buggin’ about how to spice up your wardrobe this month, here are a few of our favorite ways to rock the plaid trend for all your iconic looks this season:

1. Pulling off the paper bag

These paper bag pants are honestly so essential, from a casual moment to an interview ready look. Make a splash with a bright colored top to transform a fall-centric plaid into a new spring outfit.
