rhode’s New Peptide Lip Treatment Flavor Is Here For Strawberry Girl Summer

When you think of Hailey Bieber, one of the first thoughts that comes to mind might be glazed donuts, or more specifically, glazed donut nail inspiration. One of the promises of Bieber’s brand, rhode, is to make the user’s skin look as glossy as a glazed donut, and it’s fair to say she’s taken another step toward achieving that goal by releasing a new Peptide Lip Treatment in collaboration with Krispy Kreme.

rhode officially announced its newest product: a new flavor of Peptide Lip Treatment inspired by Krispy Kreme’s Strawberry Glaze doughnut. The latest peptide lip treatment, flavored Strawberry Glaze ($16), is an extension of Bieber’s Strawberry Glaze franchise, which also includes her smoothies sold at Erewhon

Her peptide lip treatments are well-known for replenishing dry lips and locking in moisture. They’ve also been nominated for awards like Glamour’s best lip gloss award, and have won Allure’s Best of Beauty award in 2022.

Aside from the upcoming Strawberry Glaze flavor, the Peptide Lip Treatments also come in flavors like Vanilla, Salted Caramel, Watermelon Slice, and Unscented.

rhode is also known for a plethora of products, like their glazing milk ($29), barrier restore cream ($29), and peptide glazing fluid ($29).

One of the best qualities of rhode, in my opinion, is that the brand works with dermatologists along with chemists and industry leaders to create their products. rhode is also leaping bunny certified, meaning Bieber and her team are living up to their promise of being vegan and cruelty-free.

The newest product has a relatively easy application, follow the rhode rule and apply a thick layer, allow it to sit for 10 minutes, and then wipe off any excess before applying lipstick or lip liners, according to application instructions.

While you can join the waitlist now for the newest flavor, the product won’t actually be available until Aug. 28 at 9 am PST. Until then, race to your Google calendar to mark down the release date, besties!
