It’s on the runway, it’s on the street, it’s literally everywhere and you can’t ignore it. Yup, we’re talking about the cheetah print trend. Our 2000s Disney idols, The Cheetah Girls, were totally on to something with their fashion sense and we must give credit where credit’s due. Scroll through any fashion blogger’s Instagram, and you’re sure to see at least one piece of cheetah print in their wardrobe. As much as we’re all head-over-heels for the trend now, there once was a time the print was associated more with the likes of Jersey Shore than with high fashion.
Now, everyone from Lady Gaga to Mandy Moore has been spotted (get it?) wearing cheetah print. Luckily, many animal prints, including cheetah, are now being considered ‘neutrals’ and can be incorporated into an outfit in so many ways. The easiest way to test the waters with cheetah print is to incorporate it into your accessories. My personal favorite way is to do so with shoes, but you could also try a cheetah belt or purse. Accessories are the easiest way to test out a trend without spending a lot of money and you get to adopt it into your personal style and make it your own.

Channel your inner superstar with a pair of cheetah print pants like the ones Lady Gaga wore as Ally in A Star Is Born. Though daunting at first, a pair of cheetah pants or a skirt looks so chic when paired with neutrals. Even a basic white t-shirt is elevated to the next level when you swap out your basic blue jeans for some cheetah ones, and they take just as much effort. It’s the easiest way to go from girl-next-door to fashion blogger in 10 seconds flat.

Keep warm this winter while remaining on-trend in a cheetah print coat. Statement coats have been all the rage this winter, so stand out in a crowd of basic black bear coats with this spotted rendition. The faux fur material is super cozy and will defend against dropping temperatures this season.
