If You Aren’t Following These Non-Binary Makeup Artists, Then WYD?

Pride Month is around the corner, and I can’t wait to celebrate! With June approaching, it’s as good a time as any to start supporting creators from the LGBTQ+ community, and continuing to highlight them for, well, forever. My FYP has been flooded with LGBTQ+ creators, and I’ve been spamming my friends with their TikToks as I discover more.

Everyone deserves the chance to play with makeup products and experiment with colors and techniques — makeup has no gender. However, many of the more popular creators, especially on TikTok, overshadow some of the app’s most talented non-binary creatives. The range of these artists is incredible, with some makeup artists painting on feminine features and bold lips while others use minimal products to make masculine features more pronounced. Additionally, many artists use makeup to completely change characters or species in the form of cosplay — the imagination is limitless.

I constantly scour TikTok for new makeup products and applications, and I was so excited to see members of the LGBTQ+ community playing with makeup in the same way I would, and inspiring my own looks for Pride Month and beyond. So, here are 10 non-binary makeup artists on TikTok that are rocking my world right now — and get ready for them to rock yours, too.

@Mxtheythem

@Mxtheythem, aka Bubbles, is a makeup lover on TikTok with 92.4K followers and over 2.2M likes. They mainly discuss new makeup products mixed with adorable backstories and their journey learning French and other languages.

@Emmayearose

Emma Rose is a mainly masc-presenting non-binary artist who creates a lot of masc makeup tutorials. They have over 67.8k followers and 4.7M likes on TikTok, and for good reason.

@Eternalmanyah

Manyah has two playlists on their TikTok page: “MAKEUP TUTORIALS” and “Longer makeup tuts!” So, you can guess what their passion is. They also have over 8.7M likes and 262.6k followers, and their account mainly focuses on alternative and wild makeup looks.

♬ Smooth Criminal – Alien Ant Farm

Drdumasscosplays is a cosplayer who travels to different conventions to bring non-binary cosplay to the next level. But, they also give detailed tutorials on “masc” makeup.

@Sfx_alien

@Sfx_alien identifies in their TikTok bio as a disabled, non-binary makeup artist. A lot of their videos show the struggle of doing any makeup as a person with Tourette syndrome, and they open the door for other queer and disabled artists to highlight what makes them unique.

@Stapleyourmouthshut

@Stapleyourmouthshut aka Alex Renee is a non-binary makeup artist that is equally both masc and fem presenting. They are someone that I’ve followed for a long time, and I have loved seeing their journey with testosterone and changing pronouns.

@Rvampiire

@Rvampiire is a goth, non-binary creator who proudly presents their eccentric style and makeup, and I can’t get enough of them, TBH.

@Katelethargy
