Katy Perry’s fashion is so fun that I had no doubt her nail polish would be just as great! Fortunately, OPI didn’t disappoint with their collection of polishes aptly named: Last Friday Night, Not Like the Movies, The One That Got Away, and Teenage Dream.
The super sparkly colors look great when used with the new OPI Shatter, but I felt like mixing it up a little and making the glitter bolder in a different way.

I decided to paint my toes with a white polish and then add a coat of Last Friday Night — a sparkly blue shade. The result was a super bold, super glittery color that I was absolutely obsessed with. Adding a coat of white really made the colors pop!
This is definitely going to be my new go-to technique for glitter polishes. Beforehand I used to paint a similar dark color underneath and then cover with the glitter, but adding the white underneath lets you take full advantage of the original polish.
The colors are really fun and would especially be great for spring break (glittery polish + a tan = perfection!). And since they’re OPI they are really high quality and aren’t prone to peeling off or chipping!
