Iskra Lawrence is a British model who prides herself in using unretouched photos in her shoots. As American Eagle’s #AerieREAL Role Model, she speaks to audiences around the United States and the world about body positivty and diversity. So, when an online shopper saw HEAVILY Photoshopped images of the model on Amazon, everyone was extremely confused. When Iskra heard about this, she claimed that she had no knowledge of these photos, and said that the company stole and distorted the images all on their own.
The model posted an Instagram story where she shared the stolen images saying, “Thank you @janicetx for telling me that a lingerie company has used my images and retouched them like CRAZY to put their bras on me! NOT OK, if u see this online do not trust or buy anything!” Iska blurred out the name of the brand selling the bras, however, according to Cosmopolitan, the vendor is a retailer called Holly O.
The photos are so edited that even the sticky boobs on Iskra look fake, not worth the $16-$30 in my opinion! Besides, I think we can all agree Iskra’s body doesn’t need the touch-up, nor does any body ever TBH.
