Thankfully for fashion girls everywhere, Gucci has finally revealed this season’s must-have accessories: fish and chips, dogs, and chickens. The brand’s latest campaign, starring none other than Harry Styles, is sort of surrealist (or as surrealist as you’d expect a chicken inside a chip shop to be).
Honestly though, we’re wondering how much Gucci had to pay Styles to get him to cradle a live chicken during a fashion shoot. He’s probably used to it though––could even the most out-of-control chicken really be worse than a screaming, crazed mob of Directioners circa 2011?
Of course, Gucci wouldn’t let a single chicken steal the spotlight. They included a couple shots featuring Styles with the cutest dogs in London, too.
Gucci explained that the pictures are supposed to represent “a narrative sequence that echoes many famous photographs and scenes from British films,” according to Elle. But really, we’re more focused on the adorable animals.
If, like us, you can’t get enough of Styles, you won’t have to wait too long. You’ll be seeing plenty of him soon, according to Metro UK, because he just signed on as the executive producer for a TV show based on his life. Hopefully that Gucci chicken will be making an appearance!
