Eva Chen Becomes New Editor-In-Chief at Lucky Magazine

Since its birth thirteen years ago, Lucky has been one of the top glossy sources for style and shopping. According to Fashionista, the magazine is about to come under new management. Editor-in-chief Brandon Holley has just been replaced by Teen Vogue beauty editor and social media consultant Eva Chen, who promises to breathe new life into a Lucky which has recently fallen on hard times.

According to a recent interview with Lucky, Chen started her career in the fashion industry as a summer intern looking to try something fun and different from her grueling pre-med studies. It sounds like Chen never forgot her roots as an unpaid intern, since her top fashion priority is still making fabulous affordable. Check out Lucky’s website for the full interview and ten things you probably didn’t know about Eva Chen

This September’s issue of Lucky will be the first edition published under Chen’s management, so keep an eye out to see how this beauty maven transforms one of our fave shopping guides!
