Enter Styleta’s Student Designer Competition! (Entries due July 15!)

Every budding fashion designer dreams of their big break, whether it’s a chance to compete on Project Runway or landing a coveted internship with a top designer. If you’re looking for the chance to break into the fashion industry, I have the opportunity of a lifetime for you!

Styleta is a nonprofit organization that collects donations of designer clothes and sells them online. The proceeds of the sales are donated to charities that specifically focus on women’s initiatives. In Styleta’s first few months of operation, they have donated 70% of proceeds to charity, and hope to donate 83% by the end of their first year!

This summer, Styleta is hosting an incredible Student Designer Challenge. The winning designer will receive the opportunity to sell their designs online for six weeks! They will also be featured on Styleta’s home page, designer of the month page, and featured in all newsletters and marketing materials.

If you’re interesting in competing, don’t hesitate to enter! The intent to compete form is due Thursday, July 15.

Are you interested in signing up? We would love to see an HC reader win the contest!

Hannah was Her Campus's first editorial intern in Summer 2010 and has since continued her involvement with HC as the High School Editor and head of the High School Ambassador program. She is a former Seventeen and Huffington Post intern, where she researched and wrote about celebrities and once made lunch for Kylie Jenner. Read her short-form ramblings at @hannahorens.
