If you have big dreams of making a splash in the fashion industry and having your designs published in the pages of magazines, get your foot in the door with Styleta Inc. This summer, Styleta is launching its second annual Student Designer Challenge, a nationwide call for the most talented, innovative student fashion designers. The winning designer will have the opportunity to sell their collection on Styleta.org and will be featured in People StyleWatch and on several college fashion blogs (including Her Campus!).
To enter, design an original piece to sell on Styleta.org. Submit up to three sketches of your design. Next month, voters will choose which of the fab fashions will move onto the Top 12. The dozen chosen designers will have three weeks to create their pieces and shoot “in action” videos. A panel of judges will choose five lucky designers to move onto the final round of the contest. After a two week voting period on their site, Styleta will declare the designer with the most votes the winner!
