My Revlon Lip Butters are by far one of my favorite drugstore purchases this season.
If you’re addicted to Chapstick, but wish you could give your lips a flattering punch of color, then you have got to try out the new Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters! These buttery lip balms add a beautiful sheen of color to your lips, while making them feel smooth and soft at the same time. According to Revlon, “94% of women felt [their] lips were softer, smoother, and instantly hydrated.”
Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters come in 20 different shades ranging from natural nudes, to baby pinks, to deep reds. When applied, each Lip Butter leaves a beautiful sheen. While they’re not terribly long-lasting (I’d say without eating they will stay on your lips for about 2 hours), they’re easy to carry along in your purse for reapplication throughout the day. Also, they make a perfect dupe for a number of high-end moisturizing lip products. The lip butters are comparable in both color and texture to the Chanel Rouge Coco Shine Hydrating Sheer Lipshines; however, the Revlon Lip Butters cost a mere 8 bucks.
Since there are 20 different colors you might seem a bit overwhelmed when it comes to choosing colors. Personally, I am obsessed with my Lip Butters in Cupcake, Creamsicle, and Crème Brule!
