Calling all Crocs collectors and enthusiasts! The newest limited-edition Crocs are here, and the collaborator is unexpected but a classic in American culture — McDonald’s! That’s right, on Nov. 14, McDonald’s joined forces with Crocs to release a new limited-collection of footwear mixed with McDonald’s iconic characters of the past. This new collaboration also features exclusive McDonald’s-themed socks and Jibbitz charms to upgrade the Crocs you already have at home.
The main star of the Crocs x McDonald’s collab is, of course, the Grimace Cozzzy Sandal ($70), based on the McDonald’s character that had a recent resurgence this past summer to promote the limited-edition Grimace Shake, celebrating the character’s 52nd birthday. These Crocs are the iconic Grimace purple, lined with purple faux fur to keep you warm and cozy this winter. The sandals also come with two straps that you can decorate with the included shake and Grimace face Jibbitz charms.
There are also three new pairs of iconic clogs that Crocs are known for with a McDonald’s twist. The first pair is the McDonald’s x Crocs Classic Clog ($70) — a twist on the regular clogs, covered in the signature McDonald’s red and yellow colors, paired with Chicken McNuggets, World Famous Fries, and Big Mac Jibbitz charms. Then, there is the McDonald’s x Crocs Hamburglar Classic Clog ($75) that embraces McDonald’s favorite hamburger-stealing villain. Covered in the Hamburglar’s black and white stripes, the clogs also come with the custom Jibbitz charms, including the Hamburglar, his tie and hat, and a classic McDonald’s hamburger.
The last character shoe in the collection is the McDonald’s x Crocs Birdie Classic Clog ($75) after the adorable early bird Birdie, who was used to promote McDonald’s breakfast back in the day. These Crocs are covered in Birdie’s signature colors – yellow and pink — and accessorized with Birdie, her scarf, and her favorite menu item, the McDonald’s Egg McMuffin, all in Jibbitz charm form.
The last items in the collection are meant to spice up your Crocs with fun accessories, including the McDonald’s x Crocs 5 Pack Jibbitz ($20) to add some flavor to your clogs. This Jibbitz charm pack comes with the McDonald’s logo, burger, french fries, McNuggets, and a drink to finish it off. And last but not least, there are the McDonald’s x Crocs Birdie Socks ($20). These crew-length socks are bright pink and yellow to match the Birdie character in the center. Perfect to pair with any of the McDonald’s-themed clogs!
