Trending Now: 8 of Our Favorite Casual & Comfy Looks to Wear to Class

For some, school is already in session, but for others, move-in is just around the corner (we’re wishing you all the luck, TBH). Regardless, you may be getting your fit ready for your new classes. Obviously, I will be serving looks the first couple days of school, but I already know that some of my early classes and longer days will leave me longing for sweatpants and a hoodie.

Since the transition between summer days and school can be hard for everyone, the members of InfluenceHer Collective have rallied up some comfy (but still cute) fits to wear to class when you’re feeling meh. Scroll on to find your next lecture #ootd.

Graphic Tank

While the sweatpants and sneakers keep this fit cozy, the graphic tank top and puka shell necklace dress it up just enough for class. I love how the socks have a little design on them, too. Add a little design or graphic to your cozy outfit to keep it trendy.

Loose Pants

If sweatpants aren’t your speed, go for loose joggers or drawstring pants instead. They’ll be equally comfy, but look a little more professional. Dress the look up with some hair clips or dress it down with fluffy slippers.

Graphic Sweatshirt

Nothing wrong with telling it how it is. Keep your look cozy with an oversized sweatshirt and sneakers, but add jeans to balance the fit out. Accessorize with gold hoops and sunnies to pull the look altogether.

Comfy Dress

A dress might be the last thing you’re thinking of wearing to class, but hear me out. You can throw it on, and that’s your whole outfit. Grab one made out of a stretchy, comfy material, pair with sneakers, and you’ve got a dressed-up, cozy look.

Joggers and a Crop Top

Jump on the athleisure trend with this fit. Grab a pair of joggers or cargo pants and pair with a crop top of the same color. Going monochrome will make you look more put together if you want — plus, you can add any kind of accessories you want to the look.

Midi Skirt

No pants, no problem. Look comfy and trendy by dressing down a midi skirt. Pair it with a graphic sweatshirt and some cool accessories for a comfy look. Grab some chunky boots or sneakers and you’re set to walk around campus.

If you thought you couldn’t wear sweatpants and look chic at the same time, think again. These cool joggers look great paired with a white top and sneakers. Find a printed or graphic pair of sweats to chill in for a similar look.

Add a Coat

Make your own sweatsuit by pairing a sweatshirt and sweatpants within the same colorway. Then, dress up your look with a long coat in a similar color. It’ll help dress up the look, and the monochrome-esque fit will blow your classmates away.

I’m looking forward to being cute and comfortable this semester. I definitely see myself wearing the monochromatic sweatsuit look and the graphic sweatshirt/midi skirt combo. Which look would you rock to class?
