According to Sophie: Best Dressed at the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards

The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards were more fashionable and glamorous than ever. Actors, actresses, directors, producers, etc were blinged out looking oh so fabulous. Below are the top ten best women attendees (in my opinion of course).

1. Emily Blunt in Christian Dior- This lavender gown looked absolutely stunning on The Devil Wears Prada and The Young Victoria star. What makes the gown so unique is the dimensional floral detail. It absolutely stands out on the red carpet.

2. Nina Dobrev in Zuhair Murad- The mermaid look was definitely a prominent trend on the red carpet. This Vampire Diaries actress looked incredible in this one shoulder gown.

3. Diane Agron in Carolina Herrera- I was blown away by Glee star Diane Agron’s lace princess dress at the Emmy Awards. She looked like a modern day Cinderella.

4. Tina Fey in Oscar de la Renta- Tina Fey went graphic in an classic Hollywood looking gown. The 30 Rock actress, writer, and producer looked absolutely flawless.

5. Amber Riley in Melissa Masse- Our 2nd Gleek Amber Riley looked unbelievable in this white grecian inspired gown. Riley is perfectly accessorized and looking gorgeous.

6. Kerri Russell in vintage Jean Louis Scherrer- I applaud Kerri Russell because she is the only attendee who took a daring fashion chance with a bright pink number. She looked absolutely stunning, and props for the little floral touch in Russell’s hair!

7. Gugu Mbatha-Raw in an unknown designer- This British actress looked perfect in this champagne silk gown with floral detail.

8. Padma Lakshmi in Carolina Herrera- The Top Chef host looked simple and elegant in this navy blue number. Not only did she look amazing, she also went home with a brand new shiny Emmy Award.

9. Jennifer Carpenter in Brian Atwood- The Dextra actress combined two of the most popular trends on the red carpet: Sequins and the one shoulder look. Carpenter looks gorgeous and pulls both of the looks off.

10. Claire Danes in Armani Prive- DING DING DING, we have a winner. My favorite look of the night was Claire Danes in this strapless sequin champagne colored dress. She looks like perfection and I am absolutely inspired and impressed by this look. Congratulations you are the best dressed!!!
